İstanbul Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy Association (ICAPPA) was established in 2006 in İstanbul by Levent Kayaalp, Funda Akkapulu, Burçin Alsancak Sönmez, Nergis Güleç,Neslihan Zapçı, Saltuk Dönmez, Ayşegül Salgın and Şebnem İmeryüz. ICAPPA's aim is to introduce/ promote child and adolescent psychoanalitycal psychotherapy and to give standard training. The training programme is standardized according to European Federation of Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy( EFPP) training standards.
